We are seeking a C++ developer (Junior/Mid-level) to join our team of experienced developers.
You will work on the C++ component of our code base, alongside two other C++ developers. This code base is in charge of all the video processing and analysis of detected criteria.
You will also collaborate with frontend developers (Kotlin and Swift) and data scientists.

Start-up activity

DIAGNOLY is a DeepTech start-up headquartered in Lyon, France. Our aim is to improve fetal screening and simplify obstetric ultrasound technique for the doctor. To do so, we develop an intelligent medical hardware device that will be connected to ultrasound machines. Analysing the fetal examination in real time, our product will help doctors to detect the most complex fetal pathologies prenatally.

Increasing significantly prenatal detection rate of fetal pathologies, our product will reduce the risk of lifelong disabilities, handicap or lethal outcomes for concerned babies.

Your missions

• Translate our computer science algorithms (including deep learning) from Python to C++
• Improve and maintain the current C++ backend
• Maintain and port C++ backend and build tools on different platforms (Linux, Android, MacOs, iOS, Windows)
• Provide a consistent API to upper levels (Switf, Kotlin/KMP, Python and potentially Rust)
• Integrate AI models and algorithms coming from data science team

Required knowledge and skills

• Excellent knowledge of C++ and its memory models
• Technical education, ideally in computer science / applied math / informatics
• Willingness to contribute to frontend application development
• Excellent knowledge of software architecture design, database and software development
• Knowledge of Git and server management

Preferred

• Experience with IA concepts (inference, pre/post processing, etc.)
• Knowledge of computer vision algorithms
• Experience with development of Android or/and IOS applications
• Knowledge of Rust language
